Order Processing & Production

All of our clothing is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please allow 1–6 business days for order production and processing before your order ships. Production time may vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, and customization.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has finished production.

Estimated shipping times may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, the carrier, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

International Orders 7–30 business days after production

Some U.S. fulfilled items may arrive faster, depending on product availability and fulfillment location. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking says delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or household members.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. We may be able to update the address only if the order has not been shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. If a package is returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are later reported missing or stolen. In that case, please contact the carrier directly for more information.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs, local carriers, and shipping restrictions.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, order changes or cancellations may only be possible shortly after purchase.

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@vossdept.com if you need to make a change. Once your order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Delays

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to holidays, high order volume, weather, carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
